If your school qualifications are not directly recognized by German universities, you will need to attend a Studienkolleg. The T-Course at SBIB is the ideal preparation for your university studies in technical or scientific fields.

T-Course Exam Overview
The Feststellungsprüfung is organized by the District Government of Cologne and consists of:
German: 240 minutes (written)
Mathematics: 180 minutes (written)
Physics: 180 minutes (written)
Chemistry: 20 minutes (oral exam, with 30 minutes of preparation time)

These subjects form the core of the T-Course curriculum, with a strong focus on preparing you for the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP), the university entrance qualification exam. Each subject is taught with intensive support to ensure you are well-prepared for both the theoretical and practical components of the exam.
How to Apply Successfully
We’re delighted that you’re interested in the T, M, W, G, or S Course at the Language and Education Institute Bonn (SBIB)! Before the semester begins, you can strengthen your German skills with our preparatory language courses at levels A2, B1, or B2.

You can apply easily and quickly via our online application form. During the process, you’ll be able to upload your required documents directly.

2. Alternatively: Submit by Email

3. Document Verification
Our admissions team will carefully check your documents and get back to you as soon as possible with the result.
4. Payment of Course Fees
Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the course fees. Please make sure to transfer the payment on time to secure your place in the course.
5. Receive Your Admission Letter
After we’ve received your payment, you will receive the official admission confirmation by email.
6. Apply for Your Visa
With your admission letter, you can begin your visa application process at the German embassy. Be sure to include all other required documents.
